Direct2U is a mobile platform providing a variety of functionalities for business travelers including itinerary management.  The app also provides travelers with flight notification, flight check-in, weather and additional functionalities impacting a business traveler’s trip.  With the “Duty of Care” organizations have in supporting travelers while on business travel, it has become increasingly important to locate travelers at all times, identify those in potentially vulnerable locations and provide immediate and relevant assistance.    Utilizing Direct2U’s Safety and Security Check-in functionality, the traveler’s GPS location is sent directly to the traveler tracking map managed by the company’s management and agency partner.  Proactive assistance to the impacted traveler(s) can then be provided. Direct2U automatically monitors, identifies and alerts travelers to disruptive events around the globe.

TripBam is a new sourcing solution using analytics to identify lower hotel rates within a company’s corporate travel policy.  TripBam begins with searching for better rates than an existing booking and monitors rate fluctuation over time. The powerful engine evaluates potential new, lower rates by focusing on travel manager approved amenities and filtering out rates that aren't applicable to corporate travel.  TripBam continuously searches using the traveler’s and the corporation’s criteria up until the cancellation policy. When found, TripBam can automatically re-book the better rate and lock in the savings.
